About the Playgroup Staff Playgroup Manager – Tori Mackay
Pink Panther Playgroup can cater for up to eighteen children in each session; the staffing ratio being in accordance with new Care Commission guidelines.

Child care students from Inverness and Moray Colleges come to Holm School to gain valuable experience and training in our Playgroup. Pink Panther Playgroup employs 4 play workers - all are registered with the SSSC. All of the Play workers have completed their S.V.Q. Level 3 in Early years care and Education.
Tori joined the team in April 2009 having previously taught at Balgreen Primary School in Edinburgh.
Play Leader – Carolyn Saggers
Joined the staff team in August 2000. She has a background in nursing and has completed an S.P.A and is working towards an S.V.Q. level 3 in Early years care and education. Carolyn attends in-service training and also holds a current First Aid certificate.
Senior Playworker / Administrator Play Leader – Lorraine Craigen
Maureen Lyon is an experienced playworker who has worked within pre-school settings for many years. She has completed an S.P.A and has completed S.V.Q level 3 in Early years care and education. Maureen has attended many in-service training courses and is qualified in first aid. Lorraine Craigen joined the staff team in August 2005. She previously worked in the pre-school environment and holds a first aid certificate as well as attending in-service training courses. Lorraine has recently completed her S.V.Q. level 3 in early years childcare and education.
Committee Play Leader – Avril Gordon
The committee consists of a chairperson, a fee co-ordinator, a secretary and a rota secretary. A list of the current committee is displayed on the notice board. Please feel free to contact any of the committee members if there is anything you would like to talk about. Avril Gordon recently joined the team, she holds a first aid certificate and Open University course 'Understanding Children'. She will be attending further training during the year. She has completed an SPA in Accessing Playwork and has just begun a SVQ Level 3 in Early Years Child Care and Education.
