The Aims of Pink Panther Playgroup
1
Provide a safe, secure, well-resourced environment for pre-school children and fully comply with Care Inspectorate standards.
2
Provide a broad range of appropriate pre-school experiences for children through play activities.
3
Deliver pre-school education experiences in line with the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence. Our purpose is to offer each child the opportunity to become a successful learner, a confident individual, a responsible citizen and an effective contributor.
4
Offer parents/carers regular opportunities to be involved in child's pre- school learning and development.
5
Provide parents/carers with regular information about their child's progress and development.
6
Arrange appropriate professional development training for all staff employed by the group.
7
To regularly self-evaluate our group using guidelines contained in the Child at the Centre.
How these aims
will be achieved:

The group offers a wide range of play activities to the children at each session. Our aims will be achieved by allowing the children to participate in a variety of play and learning experiences as outlined in the Curriculum for Excellence experiences and outcomes.
